Deposit or full payment must be paid upon confirmation of the charter by Credit Card, cash or bank transfer.
Remaining amount to be paid in full before the vessel leaving the marina.
Rates include fuel, Water, soft drinks, Ice, Insurance and qualified / licensed crew.
50% of charter value if cancelled prior to 72 hours before departure.
100% of charter value if cancelled within 72 hours of departure.
Deep Blue Fishing reserves the right to reschedule the charter to the next available date due to unforeseen weather conditions, mechanical failures or as instructed by coast guards without any prior notice.

All charter passengers must provide valid original personal identification of either their Passport or valid Emirates IDs as requested by UAE Coastguard Regulations prior to departure. Anyone without personal identification will not be permitted on board. Any delay caused by failure to provide the proper identification will be at the charterer’s expense.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS – RESPONSlBILITY FOR CHILDREN – HEALTH
Passenger numbers must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure.
The CHARTERER shall not at any time during the Charter period permit more than the Maximum Number of guests Sleeping or Cruising on Board plus, at the sole discretion of the captain, a reasonable number of visitors whilst the vessel is securely moored in port.
If children are taken on board, the CHARTERER shall be fully responsible for their conduct and entertainment and no member of the crew shall be held responsible for their conduct and entertainment.
The CHARTERER shall comply, and shall ensure that the guests comply, with the laws and regulations of any country into whose waters the Vessel shall enter during the course of this Agreement. No anti-social behaviour will be accepted and will be reported to the Police. Anti-Social behaviours will result in the early termination of the charter.
The CHARTERER shall ensure that no pets or other animals are brought on board the Vessel during any charter.
The CHARTERER shall ensure that the behaviour of the charter party shall not cause a nuisance to any person or bring the vessel into disrepute.
The CHARTERER and guests shall afford the crew due respect at all times.
No Smoking or shisha allowed inside any of the Vessels.
Alcohol may be served and consumed but not purchased on board.
Soft Non Marking Rubber Soled shoes without heels or bare foot only.
General Liability Indemnity
No liability is accepted for any personal injury during any recreational activity including swimming, fishing, parasailing or any other water sports. Also not for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness or death.
